Vendor Agreement

Aloha! You ( “Vendor”) have requested that Kaiser PTSA grant you permission to participate in the Kaiser PTSA Farmers’ Market Night Market on February 1st, 2025 ("Event") at 511 Lunalilo Home Road (the “Property”), subject to the terms and conditions in this letter agreement. Completion of this agreement does not guarantee placement at the market, but must be completed to be considered. Your completed agreement along with pre-paid non-refundable site placement fee ($150 Truck (4 stalls); $100 10x10 food tent only (2 stalls); $120 cafeteria) is the only way to guarantee your access to the night market. Note: You can save and continue at the conclusion of each page.
